Number of Players: 32 amateur players

Format: Non-ranked, straight knockout event

​

Prize Money: The 2022 Amateur Championship had a total prize fund of £10,800. The prize money breakdown was as follows:

• Winner: £4,000

• Runner-Up: £1,600

• Semi-Finalists: £800 each

• Quarter-Finalists: £600 each

• Last 16 Losers: £400 each
